To lead the complete Talent Acquisition and Talent Management portfolio in terms of Leadership Hiring, Lateral hiring and Bulk Hiring by infusing Best Practices in place and ensure smooth and effective functioning of all matters related to the same including Vendor Management, Stake Holder Management and Top Management reporting.
