FP & A Director

Job Description : FP & A DIRECTOR SINGAPORE Established MNC within the high-tech manufacturing space is hiring a highly driven and competent FP&A Director with exposure in product/ inventory based industry to oversee regional FP&A and business partnering. Requirements · Strong exposure in Product/ Inventory based industry is required · Successful candidate should have held position as a FP&A Director at Group level or APAC level, with experience working directly with CEO/APAC President · Hands-on with proven experience in long term range planning, financial modelling and business partnering with senior management · Familiar with SAP ECC6 (familiar with T-codes in order to pull data out from the system for analysis) · Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Business Warehouse and other tools (E.g. Anaplan, PowerBI, BPC) · Able to work across different geographies and time zones (such as Asia and Europe) · Required traits: Confident, excellent communication skills, assertive, proactive, adaptable, resourceful and driven Budget: circa $18,000 - $20,000 per month + Bonus Job Scope Reporting to the Senior Finance Director (Global), you will manage 1 FP&A Analyst and be responsible in managing the financial performance for corporate functions. You will oversee long term range planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and preparation of monthly trend reports and analysis. You will provide explanation of variances and key performance drivers, support in monthly and quarterly business reviews, and drive presentation to senior management such as the Group CEO and CFO, Audit Committee, etc. You will continually look into developing and enhancing FP&A processes to facilitate efficient and quality decision making. You will also provide leadership and engage with various stakeholders to improve Anaplan and analytics opportunities. The key stakeholders whom you will business partner and support closely will be the Group CFO and various Head of Departments.
