Regional Supply Chain Manager

Job Description : REGIONAL SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER VIETNAM The Regional Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the effective management & controlling of all facets of the end-to-end supply chain. Guide various SCM operations (Purchasing Planning, Sourcing, Warehousing & Logistics and Supplier Quality) Provide leadership and guidance to the team in managing budgets and tactical operational decision Drive continuous SIOP process to improve the service level and high inventory availability Own, monitor and control regional inventory level and total freight contribution rate across APAC BA/ MBA degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent certificates Min 10 years of experience in supply chain, especially significant years within the electronic/medical device industry Personal integrity and confidentiality Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A self-motivated team player & a hands-on leader with the determination to succeed Hands-on experience as a SAP user
