Job Description : FACILITY MANAGER BARCELONA SPAIN An excellent professional opportunity as Shopping Center Facility Manager is available in Barcelona, ??to be part of an important multinational asset operating company. Control, monitoring, maintenance of general building facilities and associated services such as security, gardening, cleaning, transportation, among others. Management and negotiation with suppliers and contractors for CAPEX works of the asset. Budget Control. Responsibility for the exploitation of the asset. Control, monitoring of new works on the property. Compliance with safety, hygiene and health measures. Domain of general building installations, HVAC, MEP. Tenant management. Satisfaction surveys of the service provided. Team management. Ensure sustainability compliance. Degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering. High level of English (Indispensable). Sopanish must know Experience of at least 12 years as a Facility Manager or asset manager in a Shopping Center. Domain of Construction regulations. Negotiation, communication and teamwork skills. Customer orientation.
