Cost Accountant

Job Description : COST ACCOUNTANT DUBAI Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services. Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports Making estimates of new and proposed product costs Candidate must have experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG background • Should be available to join immediately • Mandatory CMA/ACCA qualification is required with 10 – 15 years experience • The job demands overseas travel • Relevant experience and strong working knowledge of management accounting practices • Strong numeracy and analytical skills • Proven experience of working in job costing environment • Strong spreadsheet skills, preferably MS Excel, and high level of competence in the use of other IT systems
