Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR SINGAPORE A Commercial Director job has become available at one of Europe's most renowned stationery manufacturer and consumer brands. The firm has a strong presence in SEA and is presently seeking a Commercial Manager to drive revenue and take the brand to North Asia. Reporting to the Commercial Director for the APAC region, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and distributor management for the North Asia region. Develop and implement new partnerships with distributors, whilst managing engagement with existing distributors Develop a consumer oriented business plan that is aimed at optimising resources and business objectives Conduct market, consumer and competitor insights to ensure good market knowledge in order to identify key revenue streams Work with distributors on the ground to strengthen their competencies and market entry positioning The successful candidate has strong distributor management experience and has an understanding of more than one Asia market. A degree in business At least 12 years of experience in distributor management in an FMCG firm Strong understanding of multiple Asian markets An entrepreneurial and independent commercial person with a hunter mentality
