15 yearsJob Description : GM SALES BANGLADESH FOR FMCG his role will be leading the entire Sales operation in the Country. Responsibilities · Managing the Sales & Distribution targets. · Managing the S&D network in the entire country. · Budgeting, Inventory, · Collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, SCM, and other support functions. · Handling, and Driving Sales and Revenue targets, · Financial Management and Budgeting, · Sales and process training, · P&L Management. · B2B and B2C Sales and create the wholesales channel in the entire country. · Plan and achieve margins to achieve the bottom line. · Consistently performs, leads by example, and coaches staff to exemplify customer engagement behaviors. · Communicates, drives, and utilizes key reporting tools and monthly hindsight to drive business and implement plans to improve Sales Performance. Qualifications 1. Post Graduate in Business MBA/PGDBM. 2. 15+ years in FMCG and Handling a Country Manager Role will be an additional advantage. 3. An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. 4. Strong understanding of Profit and Loss. 5. Excellent communication. 6. A people leader with the ability to lead across Organizational, social, and demographic levels
