Regional Production Director

Job Description : REGIONAL PRODUCTION DIRECTOR IVC an International player within the Agriculture industry is currently seeking a Regional Director of Production to provide consulting to their milling and food production facilities in West Africa. Reporting to the head-quarter, you will be responsible for providing technical consulting advice to many of the production facilities across Africa. This role will require you to travel internationally across West Africa (50%).You will be responsible for providing technical recommendations to the milling or production offices in Africa Responsible for ensuring that production operations flow smoothly, with minimal backlog Implement innovative methods to reduce operation costs, while increasing production across West Africa Providing technical training to managerial staff on site, in order to maintain quality and standards for food production Responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of the production phase from start to finish 20+ years of experience as a Operations manager or Regional Technical director within the milling or food production industry Working experience within the Milling or Food manufacturing industry is preferred Self-motivated individual who has a proven track record of running milling operations is an asset Excellent Fluency in English & French is required Engineering background is considered an asset Expat package + annual bonus
