Job Description : SOFTWARE ENGINEER ZURICH SWITZERLAND The main responsibility as part of the engineering organization will be to collaborate with the business line, understand requirements, and manage systems. As leader of a team of Software Engineers, you are there to provide guidance and mentorship to balance quality a high performance in terms of shipping code to fulfill business requirements. Lead, coach, and mentor team members, identifying strengths and weaknesses Foster growth and excellence in team members Own delivery of systems, be technical reference figure Ensure teams follow Technical Roadmaps and Engineering Strategic Principles Coordinate with architects and key technical figures in other teams Select and hire exceptional software engineers Perform management duties like one on one meetings and performance reviews Participate hands-on in system development, provide mentorship and coaching Make recommendations, provide guidelines, and enforce compliance to best practices in software development. You hold a Bsc. in Computer Engineering You have minimum 12 years experience and 5 years of experience in a Software Engineerg Leadership role, during which you remained hands-on. Your core skills in development are in .NET, and are related to developing web services and API's, within microservices architectures. As a Team Manager you have solid experience in identifying, onboarding and retaining talent and provide leadership guidance for the team members to develop and grow in the organisation. You communicate clearly, with a positive mindset and provide constructive feedback to your stakeholders and peers. You speak English fluently You are eligible for a work permit in Switzerland
