DRA Manager

Job Description : DRA MANAGER MALAYSIA · The person is responsible for driving a team of Data Scientists & Analysts to unlock business value, identifying areas of opportunities and developing long-term data science products, frameworks, tools, and standards. · The person is expected to assign the appropriate team member to projects and track them to completion while helping team members upskill and develop themselves and engaging with senior stakeholders. · Engage & manage senior stakeholders to introduce & implement innovation / replication of DRA solutions o Deliver on assigned monetary value targets (Revenue / EBIDTA / Costs / Cash Flows) for the team Support the design & implementation of delivery processes to produce outcomes efficiently & adopt industry best practices. o Manage resource utilisation and allocation to meet agreed SLA while reducing non-value adding time Lead the GBS - DRA culture and ways of working and strive to constantly work towards creating a better DRA brand within the company · Ensure compliance to various standards of data, privacy, visualization & ethics · Work with global stakeholders to create, design & deliver BI / Analytical solutions & products Required Candidate profile · Graduate in Engineering / Statistics / Economics / Maths / Analytics · Minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience in Dashboarding / Data Visualization / Advanced Analytics / Modelling / delivery in the domains of Operations / Sales & Marketing / Finance / HR of which atleast 4 years have been in managing teams · Finance Analytics experience over leadership experience. · Analytics programming languages like R, Python, SPSS, SAS to deliver analytics data preparation, modelling, AI, ML and other modern techniques · Visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI along with understanding of UI / UX tools
