Production Manager

Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER THAILAND Reporting directly to Operations Manager, this is a role for an outstanding Production Manager with solid management and engineering background who thrives on challenging opportunity. In this role, you will manage overall production and responsible to plan, organise and control production process to ensure that products are efficiently produced with safety and effectively cost, on time as well as comply with quality standards. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws. Manage all production activities, develop, train, and motivate employees to achieve production target, customers’ satisfaction and drive continuous improvement Assist to establish and maintain necessary quality standards and procedures to achieve high levels of customer requirement Follow company’s goal to increase production capacity, efficiency, productivity and delivery performance Control both direct and indirect costs which are used in production including trial, and analysis stages Ensure the compliance with laws and regulations as well as company work rules, standard and system. Cooperate with cross functional team to maintain equipment and properly schedule machine downtime for production to operate smoothly To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to lead effectively, understand made to order environment and possess a keen understanding of manufacturing operations within dynamic industry. Bachelor’s degree with Engineering background, MBA degree is a plus Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing operations required with solid working experience in management level Ability to provide effective leadership in a manufacturing environment is essential Good command of Thai and English is a must due to the nature of its business
