Supply Chain Director

Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR INDONESIA Reporting to the CEO, you will lead overall supply chain management. The main responsibility is to manage the projects while ensuring the alignment between the solution, needs and the strategic directions of the group while respecting planning and budgets. Lead a team of supply chain project engineers and guide them into their project management Work with internal stakeholders on developing key performance indicators and objectives to ensure a global optimisation of the whole design solutions and define resources Ensure right alignment between solution and business needs within the group Implement risk management and costs Conduct change management and driving the solutions and best practices within supply chain Provide direction for the three-year plans and budgets The successful Supply Chain Director will have to have exposure in general supply chain management and good interpersonal skills. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field Minimum of six to eight years as a supply chain leader and 20-25 years overall experience Strong knowledge in planning, customer care and distribution Exposure in e-commerce
