Job Description : Market Development Manager (Non-Alcoholic Fruit Wine) in Kaduna, Nigeria A leading FMCG Group that specializes in the production and distribution of high quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in Nigeria. Job Objective: The Market Development Manager (MDM) will be responsible for account management functions. Overall duties include participation in annual planning, business reviews (quarterly business review process) Reporting, trade management and account administration. Key Requirements: First Degree, plus 10+ years of outside sales experience selling non-alcoholic wine in the North Demonstrated collaboration and influencing skills Ability to work independently with little or no supervision Proven ability to consistently meet tight deadlines Ability to analyze and solve complex business issues Analytical, leadership and excellent computer skills Strong communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels of an organization Travel Time; 80% Language; Fluency in English and Hausa Key Accountabilities: Volume Northern States Coverage of Distributors Execution of Trade Programmes
