Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO DUBAI FOR LOGISTICS COMPANY 20-25 years experience Chief Financial Officer to bring the company to the next stage of growth. Incoming focuses will include M&A activity and fundraising for expansion of the international business. The CFO will be a core part of the management team, and will work with the CEO of the business on strategic growth initiatives The CFO will manage relationship with banks to secure financing for new stages of development Executing add-on acquisitions will be part of the mandate Leading the core functions including Accounting, Controlling and M&A/PMI - other administrative functions such as Procurement, Legal, IT or HR could also be included Experience of logistics, ports and/or aviation is a plus Long term experience at leading a finance function is important, with a demonstrable track record at handling complex and growing international businesses Knowledge of the Middle East is an advantage but not essential Experience in structured financing and working with banking syndicates is a must Strong analytical and strategic skills with an eye for detail Entrepreneurial mindset with a high-energy level and a hands-on mentality Modern, inclusive, and empathetic leader with a positive mindset as well as a team player Ideally, a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines
