Job Description : SALES HEAD GHANA A new startup by a leading Group at Ghana. The company has launched its own range of Bluetooth speakers, smart watch, wireless headphone/earphone etc which plan to market across Ghana and West Africa. Job Profile: Will be spearheading sales for the region overseeing day-to-day sales, marketing and operations focusing on the long-term interests of the business. Pursues & drives existing and new business opportunities besides managing all functions like Sales management, employee performance, corporate management etc Job Duties: Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share Develop and manage sales and marketing operating budgets Monitor competitor products and sales Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation Report to Director Desired Profile: 8+ years of sales experience in ICT/Consumer Electronics/Mobile Headset/Digital products Familiarity with technical sales, distribution sales and corporate sales Fluency in English language (written & oral) Excellent communication & negotiating skills Detailed oriented and self driven Compensation: Net savings around $1500 + Food + Accommodation + Transport + All expat benefits
