Job Description : PLANT DIRECTOR MEXICO We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee all plant operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the plant meets production, quality and safety objectives, as well as establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, suppliers and other team members. Our Plant Director must have advanced English and relocation availability. Our Plant Director must develop, execute and monitor together with the management team the key strategies for the achievement of organizational objectives in Aguascalientes. Responsible for the industrialization of the facilities and for achieving the global results of the plant, ensuring the profitability of the organization. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the plant meets production, quality and safety objectives, as well as establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, suppliers and other team members. responsibilities Lead and supervise all plant personnel, including department managers and production workers. Plan, coordinate and control all plant activities to ensure efficient and effective production. Establish and monitor the production, quality and safety objectives of the plant, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. Implement safety policies and procedures to ensure that all workers comply with safety and accident prevention regulations. Collaborate closely with department managers to ensure that the specific objectives of each department are met and to continuously improve production processes. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers and other team members to ensure that the needs and expectations of all interested parties are met. Manage and monitor the plant's budget and ensure costs are kept in line with company goals. Identify and solve problems in the plant, ensuring that measures are taken to prevent future problems. Promote a collaborative and team work environment, ensuring that all team members work together effectively. Collaborate in obtaining and maintaining Quality Certifications (ISO IATF, VDA6.3, BIQS, Q1, CQI'S (9,12,15) Facilitate and support the processes of the areas of engineering, human resources and finance in the process to achieve the objectives and strategies of each area aligned with the organizational strategy Supervises the correct application of said procedures, informing the Management Committee of anomalies. Collaborate with the rest of the areas of the company, to achieve compliance with the Objectives established in the Management Plan. Train the staff under his supervision and supervise the training of the rest of the company's staff. Comply with the Company's Safety and Hygiene provisions. Participate in compliance with the operational controls applicable to the area established by the EMS. Comply with the work instructions, procedures, documents, and records of the SGC that apply to your operation or position. Participate in internal and external audits. Minimum 25 years experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.
