Job Description : M & A HEAD GERMANY For a fast-growing company in the catering industry, we are currently looking for a Head of M&A (m/f/d) to set up the department and ensure further growth. Your area of ??responsibility: In the role of Head of M&A (m/f/d) you will act as an important partner to ensure further company growth. Among other things, they take care of: Building a small team for the acquisition and integration of companies You select potential M&A targets and ensure a continuous deal flow In addition to building the database, you will also create the sourcing for the purchasing process For the complete M&A process with project responsibility including post-merger integration activities They guide you through the complete due diligence You create and validate business plans and financial models You conduct the contract negotiations You create the integration plans together with the business units Your skills: Completed business studies 15+ years of experience in M&A Fluent and subject-specific knowledge of German Good analytical skills and a structured way of working
