Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER UGANDA A fast-growing and exciting fintech business, based in Uganda, is looking to hire an experienced Country Manager to join their executive team heading up the company's Uganda operation. This role would suit a strong people’s manager with equal parts operational experience and entrepreneurial energy who has exposure working across the continent and specifically in Uganda. Managing and monitoring the performance of the team Building relationships with key stakeholders Overseeing 8 branches Managing all sales and marketing Overseeing all operational finance & accounting Serve as a board and exec team member Strong finance background/qualifications (Ability to deal with complexity) Operational background (hands-on approach) Strong attention to detail, great at multitasking People-focused, ability to connect with colleagues Extensive exposure operating in Africa
