Job Description : SALES HEAD GHANA A REPUTED COMPANY INTO MANUFACTURING OF PLASTIC BAGS, SACKS, BOTTLES AND JARS THE CANDIDATE SHOULD - • 1) Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area by setting up the entire chain of distributor/ dealer / channel partnership. • 2) Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. • 3) Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. • 4) Sales revenue generation position; must have the ability to meet high growth targets. • 5) Generate maximum revenue from the region. • 6) Maintain good relations with regional distributors / dealers / channel partners. • 7) Have African experience. • 8) Preferably MBA. • 9) Focus on developing new customers. • 10) Assume responsibility to meet targets and get timely orders as well as collections. • 11) Possess strong communication skills in interacting with customers, management, production, accounts.
