Job Description : EXPAT GM VIETNAM A leading international company is looking for a General Manager in chemical-related manufacturing company, near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this job, you will work and be responsible for manufacturing operation and sales activities to achieve the targets. Adequate management function support for production, quality, supply chain & logistics, sales, finance, human resources, technical Responsible to grow business optimising utilisation of sales team Full P&L responsibility Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities Development of the annual and longer-term business plans for Vietnam Lead, engage and develop employees in line with group core values and expectations as well as ensuring necessary training, development and pipeline build for the business Building a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation Proven success in a top-level managerial role in manufacturing companies Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans Working experience in Vietnam is a plus Strong decision-making ability Fluent English.
