Job Description : SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR THAILAND A Supply Chain Director (Food Retail Business) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the company specialising food retail business in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to the MD, you will lead all supply chain operations for all restaurants in Thailand. As the Supply Chain Director, your main role is to improve and develop the process over the different branches and to support the expansion plan across the country. In this role, you will be responsible to support business growth of company by providing strategic sourcing solutions and support & benefit across nationwide. The salary range for this role is competitive with provident fund and medical insurance. Provide overall supply chain and operations directions for the restaurants chain and setting annual goals and executing initiatives Drive process improvement culture with solid plan to achieve world-class standards in sustainable manner for all supply chain Must be competent in developing and recommending operating plan, training budget and budget in addition to ensuring meeting established budgetary guidelines Provide supply chain input to area and shop managers on local programs to maximise the impact of local supply chain process Provide clear leadership in steering the cross-functional teams in an environment with high complexities with a large product range and formulations Maintain a safe working environment and ensuring environmental compliance with local and corporate direction To excel in this Supply Chain Director - Food Retail Business role, you are required to possess at least twelve years proven experience in an overall supply chain management role in the retail, restaurant, or food distribution management. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related fields Excellent knowledge/experience in food, retail or FMCG business Hands-on mindset, analytical skills, problem solving and financial skills with a strong leadership Knowledge of standards or food safety and sanitation audits Strong skills in driving for results Strong in people management and development Excellent communication skills with different stakeholders across divisions & functions
