Analyse the effectiveness of HR procedures and tools Act as a role model for the organisation and drive employer branding agenda ?8+ years of experience in similar roles (experience in insurance is a plus) Great communication skills in English and Spanish Relevant Knowledge of Spanish and International labour law Excellent leadership skills
