Job Description : CHIEF TECHNOLOGICAL OFFICER PORTUGAL This is a position within a successful and fast-growing scale-up that specializes in the renewable energy sector. We are looking for someone who is proactive and communicative to manage the IT area and guarantee that it is performing to the best of its abilities. Your goal will be to ensure that the technological infrastructure is aligned with the goals of the company and that the processes within the other areas of the company are running smoothly and efficiently. - Ensure that all IT processes and resources are performing well, and tackle any issues that may arise; - Manage Service Desk, and ensure the coordination and adequacy of the services it provides to the company’s collaborators; - Supervise the budget of IT projects, while managing the relationship with suppliers and coordinating their presence in projects, and participating in the procurement when negotiating contracts that involve IT; - Align the company with the trends in IT, by developing a strategic planning and guaranteeing innovation and suggesting improvements that could be performed with the company’s IT; - Ensuring the storage and backup of company data, while safeguarding the protection of any company information or processes ?Bachelor or Post-Graduation in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, IT Projects Minimum of 15 years of experience in systems development and IT infrastructure;
