Job Description : PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR GERMANY You will be responsible for setting up and developing the company-wide purchasing organization Your area of ??activity includes the development, implementation and continuous optimization of the purchasing strategy You lead and control the central purchasing team and the various operational purchasing units In your function as Director Procurement (m/f/d) you will report directly to the board level The continuous implementation of KPIs and identification of synergies and savings potential is also part of your portfolio of tasks You can have a degree with an economic focus or a similar qualification with appropriate further training You have at least 15 years of experience in purchasing and can also demonstrate several years of management experience You bring negotiation skills, communication skills and a pronounced cost awareness A pragmatic, independent and structured way of working is required As part of your previous roles, you have already gained in-depth experience in project management with regard to further development, optimization and process digitization Business fluent German and fluent English round off your profile
