Production Planning Head

Job Description : HEAD PRODUCTION PLANNING VIETNAM In this business-critical role, you will lead the production planning and novelty planning team to effectively create and maintain an efficient production plan. Lead the production planning and novelty planning team to effectively create and maintain an efficient production plan that meets company objectives and customer requirements Receive demand from production network planning, product development by means of Rolling Forecast (RFC), create offer capacity model and novelty master plan accordingly after alignment with cross-functional team. Translate weekly loading from supply planning into capacity requirement plan on operational and sub-operational levels and communicate/ agree with production management Track and report daily output vs. production plan and propose solutions to maximise adherence to plan performance Ideally 10+ years of professional experience in a similar role within an international corporate Excellent English proficiency and high adaptability with changes and fluctuations Team orientation, solutions-oriented and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
