Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD THAILAND FOR PHARMA The Head of Commercial – Pharma reports to the Managing Director and is a key member of affiliate executive team. As the Head of Commercial in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all commercial activities of the company, including sales, marketing, business development, and customer relations. You will develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives. You will lead a team of commercial professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial plans. Your role will involve strategic planning, market analysis, product launches, pricing strategies, customer relationship management, and performance monitoring. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets Lead and manage the sales, marketing, business development, and customer relations teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback Conduct market analysis, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalise on them Drive product launches and promotional activities to generate demand and increase market share Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product positioning Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth. Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and finance, to ensure alignment and execution of commercial plans Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on commercial performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives To succeed in the Head of Commercial – Pharma job, you will need to ally a deep market understanding and strong analytical skills allowing to conduct route cause analysis, business diagnosis, and implement alternative scenarios & contingency plans. Develop and implement the overall commercial strategy and business plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead and manage the sales, marketing, business development, and customer relations teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Conduct market analysis, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Drive product launches and promotional activities to generate demand and increase market share. Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
