Job Description : MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY MANAGER THAILAND at one of the leading FMCG company based in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting directly to the plant director, this is a role for a process manager, continuous improvement manager, lean expert who has proven achievements in productivity improvement projects in food and fast-paced business. In this business critical role, you will be responsible for initiate and create operation productivity projects and drive cost saving target. You will be a key player who seek for performance improvement of the whole manufacturing process by coordinate with leadership team in cross-functional and deliver business result as committed target. The salary range for this role is competitive with provident fund and medical insurance. Initiate strategic plan of operation productivity projects and drive cost saving target Lead and execute operation productivity projects by coordinate with cross functional team from top management level to operation level Motivate and influence operation team and management on the productivity improvement project Provide technical training to enhance team knowledge and skill Responsible for operation and report tasks that related to the function Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, or related engineering field At least 12 years work experience in process and performance improvement in Food/FMCG business Proven experience of implementing projects by Lean or Six sigma methodology Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management skill Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Able to work on-site at factory five days a week
