Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD THAILAND In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the updated accounting and finance standard of the business , delivering the highest quality of accounting method , principles and policies. You will also take the lead providing direction to all finance activities, accounting and financial reporting. Managing accounting, finance and reporting team and ensuring smooth running Monitoring cash flow and cost of fund Reporting to the executive team, board members, regional team and key stakeholders Liaise with other departments to finalise budgeting process Analyse issues in operation for finding solution and increasing performance to optimise the operation process. Ensure accurate complete and timely day-to-day operation under finance department Closely supervise subordinates and monitor their operations to ensure that operations are in accordance with the regulation and the company’ s policy Transfer knowledge to other team members to improve effectiveness of operation Identifying opportunities to increase profitability and leading in cost optimisation Monitor and evaluate financial information systems/report and suggest improvement where needed Encourage, support and promote a culture of development, improvement and learning Project collaboration and interdepartmental communication Offering professional judgement on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance Work closely with internal audit, compliance and risk management Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA license is preferred. Knowledge of Thai GAAP and IFRS Ability to work well under pressure, working accurately with attention to detail, and meeting deadlines Ability to plan coordinate activities, prioritise, monitor and evaluate workflows and continually assess and improve effectiveness of financial processes
