Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO PORTS INDIA is Asia's one of leading conglomerate and a market leader in the Ports industry. They are looking to hire Senior Leadership position to spearhead their operations one of their ports in India Reporting into the group CEO, you will be responsible for - · organization, administration, operation, and customer relations of the Port's marine terminals, and all facilities maintenance related activities for the Port · Implementation of the project and technology required for the terminal to be operated in semi-automated/automated manner · Developing and motivating the Operations team to high levels of productivity and morale through guidance, mentoring, and leadership while adhering to and administering Port policies · Budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside the other C-level executives and the senior management team and ensuring all program initiatives align with the company's core values and culture · Managing and oversee ports and terminal operations and actively implement the business plan to process continue growth and profitability You are a proven leader and have worked in managing the operations of a semi/fully automated port/terminal You should have strong stakeholder management skills and would possess strong vision towards growth and profitability of the business. You should have hands on experience in managing a team and have impeccable communication skills.
