Contracts Manager

Job Description : CONTRACTS MANAGER NIGERIA 15-20 years experience Lead the successful execution of the signed contract for Greenfield projects (added advantage). Ensure the contracts are delivered on time and within budget. Review, negotiate and finalize terms of the Contract with Suppliers or Contractors and take initiative to administer the Contracts through their life cycle. Work closely with the Project Management group and provide Commercial and Risk support to ensure the successful delivery of the contracts. Contracts Change Order management with Contractors post-agreement. Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge of Commercial and Legal aspects of Mega Contracts > 500 million USD to 2Bn USD for Oil and Gas based Projects, mainly for Petrochemicals / Fertilisers / Refinery / Gas Processing Projects
