Job Description : CFO EGYPT FOR DABUR INDIA CFO with an FMCG company in Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Have to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Responsibilities Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO Responsible for financial & commercial operations of Dabur Egypt Business. To take necessary measures to reduce the risk by advising the Management of the company by determining the areas of concern in every aspect of Egypt and bringing them to the attention of the interested parties. Recommending the effective use of resources to the management committee. Negotiating with Business associates/ Distributors on various financial issues. Support the financial planning and analysis efforts. Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits. Prepare financial statements and reports. Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions. Manage relationships with banks. Qualifications Strong finance-based analytical skills CA with 15 - 17 years of finance experience
