Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : Chief Operating Officer ABU DHABI UAE for the Facilities Management division who will be responsible for overseeing the clients organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. The goal would be to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Create and implement a comprehensive plan for managing operations and facilities, and take part in creating a corporate strategy. Establish and put into action the departments short- and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedures while keeping track of and assessing the success of its programs and operations, including any necessary adjustments. Oversee the creation and supervision of the delivery teams SLAs. Oversee the identification, deployment, and support of programs for technical and soft skills training. Evaluate and monitor performance, and put improvement opportunities into practice to strengthen the company and guarantee client happiness and profitability. To achieve corporate goals, bargain deals with consumers and other stakeholders. Oversee the planning and allocation of all resources, the execution of the necessary standards and controls, and management of the operations department. Requirements- 15+ years senior leadership role in operations in the Facilities Management industry. Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles such as supply chain, finance, customer service, human resources etc.) Experience with budget and business plan development. Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity. Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings. Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success. Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., ERP, CAFM).
