Your main responsibility will be to enhance business success by designing a strong and sustainable sales strategy and building high-performing teams across food service and retail channels. Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and pain points. Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers. Develop client-focused, differentiated, and achievable offerings and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with the industry and nurture customer loyalty. Drive the sales process from ideation to close. Provide yearly and quarterly achievable plans, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Identify and improve process bottlenecks. Streamline operations based on sound sales principles and industry best practices. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Continuously assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices. Articulate the distinct aspects of our products and services; successfully position them vis-a-vis competition. Build a lean and highly effective sales team through hands-on coaching, product training, and continuous performance evaluation. Industry professional, from the market, with multi-channel experience and product knowledge. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; with the ability to use hard data and metrics. Problem solver with a keen eye for detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Well-networked with industry decision-makers, locally and internationally. Experience in a similar role, leading and coaching cross-functional teams. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines. An astute negotiator with excellent presentation and decision-making skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
