Deputy Finance Manager

Job Description : DEPUTY FINANCE DIRECTOR NIGERIA 1. Responsible to the company's board of directors and general manager, to ensure the healthy operation of the company's financial accounting activities, under the leadership of the board of directors and general manager, in charge of the company's accounting, reporting, and budget work. 2. Responsible for formulating the company's profit plan, capital investment, financial planning, sales prospects, expenditure budget or cost standards. 3. Formulate and manage taxation policy plans and procedures. 4. Grasp the company's financial status, operating results and capital changes, and report work to the general manager and chairman in a timely manner. 5. Establish and improve the company's internal accounting organization, guidance and data management system, as well as accounting and financial management rules and regulations 6. Organize and lead the company's financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit supervision, inventory control, etc., to strengthen the company's economic management and improve economic benefits. 7. Organize the implementation of relevant national financial laws, regulations, guidelines, policies and systems to ensure the legal operation of the company and safeguard the rights and interests of shareholders. 8. Participate in the decision-making and plan formulation of the company's investment behavior and important business activities, participate in the research and review of major economic contracts or agreements, and participate in the analysis and decision-making of important economic issues. 9. Do a good job in the financial system, improve work efficiency, and enhance team spirit. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Qualified CA 2. More than 8 years of financial management experience in large and medium-sized FMCG enterprises; 3.Have a more comprehensive professional theoretical knowledge of finance and accounting, modern business management knowledge, and be familiar with financial laws, regulations and systems; 4.Familiar with financial-related laws and regulations, corporate financial systems and procedures; 5.Participated in the analysis, demonstration and decision-making of larger investment projects; 6.Have rich experience in financial management, fund planning, financing and capital operation; 7.Good oral and written expression skills.
