Store Manager

Job Description : STORE MANAGER DRC 10+ years experience To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with SOP. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc). Responsible to ensure the inventory control and to maintain the minimum level of inventory. Ensure timely posting of Goods Received Notes (GRN), issue materials and reconciliation considering proper storage, quality and quantity checks. Has to make sure his store is meeting the targets & earning profits & is responsible for the smooth & effective functioning of the store In this position, you'll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory, Purchase and Asset Management. Responsible for achievement of set Sales target for the store.
