Commercial Finance Manager

Job Description : Commercial Finance Manager - US, Texas USA Responsibilities Person will be responsible for Accounts, Finance & commercial operations of US Entity of manufacturing business Custom Clearance of Incoming material from India, statutory payment and tracking/coordination of material at Warehouse / delivery at End Client and documentation Co-ordination with Forwarders/Customs/CHA and Transporter for delivery and clearance Verification of Incoming documents in wholesome, Preparation of Sales documents along with tax compliance as per Inco Term and State Sales Tax Rules Scrutinization of PO's/SO's and Invoice for end Customer and then follow up for Payment based on due dates in line with credit limit Responsible for US entity Cash flow Sending all payment request of Services availed in US to India Office with necessary documents if any Responsible for Sales Tax and any other tax related compliances and filling of all types of returns Verification of Resale Tax Certificate before each shipment Collection of POD's after delivery and maintaining documentation at Office along with Shipment/Invoice/PO/SO/BL/Customer documents etc details and all other documents for Audits and any other requirements Managing Office Administration Support India HQ with adequate information and details to prepare financials
