Maintenance Manager

Job Description : Maintenance Manager / Engineer in Nigeria a leading manufacturer of high quality, cost-effective plastic housewares, garden furniture, and rigid packaging solutions in Nigeria. · Candidates with experience in Plastic manufacturing business · Bachelor status · Preferred age range between 38-45 years Qualification & Experience · Graduate / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years experience in Plastic manufacturing industry Job description · To prepare & Carry out Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown & Shutdown Maintenance of Machines and Other Equipment as per the Schedule and maintain the records. · Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of injection molding machines. · Electrical/ Electronics / Hydraulic/ Mechanical/ Maintenance · Sound experience with Injection molding machines, Extrusion Machines, Roto moldings machines. · Sound experience with Blister packs, skin packs and vacuum packaging machines. · Previous experience on Milacron/Ferromatik/Jon Wai plastic manufacturing machines preferred · Good knowledge in ancillary machinery like Air compressor, Chiller, Cooling tower, Diesel Generator, Scrap grinder, Mixing machine, Ultrasonic welding etc. · Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the manufacturing and distribution efficiency · Ability to handle a large and tight volume with a dynamic planning schedule · Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills · Knowledge of 5S, Operational Excellence and Health & Safety are an advantage
