Job Description : GLOBAL ACCOUNT DIRECTOR SWITZERLAND In this leading position you will take ownership over the full sales cycle and develop the companies strategies to onboard and foster key accounts. Establish the sales team's approach to the market and set targets that surpass expectations. Foster a sales culture by sharing best practices, nurturing cross-functional relationships, and cascading information. Provide feedback on sales policies and procedures, ensure their implementation, and continuously improve them to drive business outcomes. Ensure that sales and organizational strategies are aligned and operational plans are executed to deliver the desired results. Collaborate with vendors and partners to create and execute go-to-market strategies for the sales team. Bridge the gap between buyer expectations and current sales models, engagement methods, and integration techniques. Make decisions that impact people, processes, and technology to execute the sales strategy. Track progress towards goals and allocate resources effectively to handle clients' realities. Coordinate sales activities across the geography to maintain a consistent approach and planned engagement with all clients. Serve as a critical link between sales strategy and field execution to achieve the executive team's end-state vision while balancing buyer expectations. Set sales targets and goals and ensure that standardized but flexible processes and methods are followed to make it easy for clients to buy. Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners to benefit clients. The successful candidate is highly skilled in Solution Selling, posesses strong business acumen and client engagement experience at high level. Ability to align sales strategy with business strategy to ensure successful execution. Skill to manage sales business by aligning target setting and related processes to meet goals. Proficiency in managing and enabling sales talent to achieve desired results. Possession of a relevant bachelor's or postgraduate degree. Demonstrated and relevant experience in a comparable position within a related industry. Proven experience in engaging clients and influencing sales outcomes. Prior experience as a sales leader. Strong experience in strategic and operational planning. Fluent in German ( preferred) and English Eligible for a work permit in Switzerland
