Job Description : TECHNICAL MANAGER DOWNSTREAM FOR PETROL VIETNAM An exciting Technical Manager job has just available at an international manufacturing and trading company, specialised in downstream petroleum material and road construction, based in Ha Noi, Viet Nam. In this position, you will manage and supervise the Technical Department to carry out the duties and responsibilities that include quality management, customer service and product development. Lead and manage daily activities at laboratory and formulation development Maintain and improve Quality procedures for laboratory and manufacturing plants nationwide Leading technical service team to support customers in technical usage, troubleshooting, etc. Research and update new technical alternatives which could optimise efficiency and cost Support R&D and technical aspects of new technologies / process / product interplant transferred to Vietnam Conduct feasibility study in technical, commercial and operational for new product development Provide technical training for sales team about new products Support Marketing department in verifying technical information in marketing materials Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering / Building materials / Petrochemical Engineering Graduate from University of Transport and Communications is a plus Min 12 years of working experience in similar positions in road construction material manufacturing companies Strong technical knowledge in petrochemical (downstream petroleum), construction techniques and tests Working experience in international companies
