Engineering Manager

Job Description : ENGINEERING MANAGER THAILAND You will play a vital role for establishing and delivering all aspects of engineering activities and processes to enhance the quality of engineering services provided to both of internal and external stakeholders including to continuously simplify & automate production process, and to support product design & development, and application of technology. This role is to report to Operations Manager (Foreigner). The role offers competitive base salary with bonus. Supervise all engineering team members on technical issues and provides engineering support to customers on aspect of product design, development, costing, application, etc Coordination of OEM product specifications, oversees technical issues, customer’s technical requirements, and product standard Assist customers in resolving application processing issues, mechanical problem, or other related issues Apply systems engineering techniques to automate, improve, and/or re-engineer all aspects of the engineering functions Develop personal engineering skills and knowledge related to the fields of materials, mechanics, plastics, etc. Manage all team members in terms of manpower planning, coach, discipline, motivation, evaluation, and training Supervise the technical design of new products or processes and supply necessary documentation to manufacture the products Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or other related fields Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering management in dynamic manufacturing with solid leadership capabilities Solid practical experience in machining process, and plastic injection & extrusion process Pleasant personality and manner with strong service minded attitude
