Human Resources Head

Job Description : HR HEAD IBERIA SPAIN Recognized company in the services sector with a long history and recognition, it needs to incorporate a Head of HR Iberia reporting to the Regional General Manager and Group VP HR. functions - Design and implement the strategic plan of the company in Spain and Portugal, always staying aligned with the business objectives. - Contribute to the fulfillment of the strategic and business plan through the correct management of the people area. - Ensure the positioning of the company, guaranteeing the competitiveness of its policies in the face of the general market and competition. - Management of a team of 5 people with experience in different areas (Labor Relations and Personnel Administration, Talent Attraction, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits). - Guarantee the cultural and organizational transformation to become a more agile organization. - Ensure the loyalty and development of employees to be able to respond to the needs of the organization, meeting the diversity objectives of the group. Requirements: - At least 10 years of experience in a global company. - Team management. - English C1 - Valuable another European language (Portuguese, French or German)
