Job Description : Head of Human Resources Industry: Consumer Electronics Location: Amman, Jordan JOB ROLE: • Provide HR guidance to line management when needed through consultation. • Collaborate with the HR team to examine trends and metrics, and create policies, programs, and solutions accordingly. • Handle and resolve intricate employee relations matters, and conduct comprehensive, unbiased, and effective investigations. • Keep a thorough understanding of the legal obligations associated with the daily management of employees, minimizing legal hazards, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaborate with the legal department as necessary. • Offer regular direction to line management regarding performance management. (Coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
