Job Description : CFO UAE Chief Financial Officer - 80-100k We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer for Dubai. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial performance, capital market activities, and investor relations, particularly with private equity or sovereign funds. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, and financial planning and analysis, and will be skilled at managing relationships with sophisticated investors. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred - Candidates MUST be qualified (CA, CMA, ACA, ACCA etc.) - 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years as Senior Manager / CFO / Head of Finance / Director of Finance level - Excellent command of the English language - Hindi speakers will be an added advantage - Strong knowledge of capital markets, including equity and debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations - Excellent financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to drive business decisions based on data - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
