Project Director

Job Description : CONSTRUCTION PROJECT DIRECTOR VIETNAM Exciting Construction Project Director has just come available in leading international group having operations in Vietnam. The position shall be responsible for entire projects and constructions of the group in Vietnam. Reporting directly to CEO, the Construction Project Director shall lead a team and base in Ho Chi Minh City Office. Monitor project progress, escalate and address potential issues and risks Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet project requirements Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance with international codes and standards and that each design cycle meets the project's financial objectives Participate in the review and approval of all design briefs and scopes of work to ensure alignment with The Proponent's objectives and relevant development criteria Strong in project management for construction projects Fluent English Exceptional relational skills, able to represent the company well when interacting with senior stakeholders or external parties Ability to work easily across cultures Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills Experience in working/ managing projects in Vietnam is preferred
