Job Description : HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Blow Mold Maker Location: Lagos, Nigeria Experience: 10+ Years Education: B.E./ B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical OR Plastic Technology OR Relevant Discipline About the Position: A High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) blow mold maker is a professional who designs, develops, and manufactures blow molds used to create HDPE products. Blow molding is a manufacturing process used to create hollow plastic parts, such as bottles, containers, and tanks, by inflating a heated plastic tube inside a mold until it takes the shape of the mold. To become an HDPE blow mold maker, you typically need a combination of education and experience in plastic engineering or a related field. A degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, plastics engineering, or mold-making technology can provide a solid foundation for a career in blow mold making. Roles and Responsibilities: As an HDPE blow mold maker, your responsibilities may include designing and building custom blow molds for clients, troubleshooting mold performance issues, maintaining and repairing molds, and overseeing the production of blow molded products. Must have worked on Auto deflashing blow molding machine & CNC Machine. You will need to have knowledge of mold-making materials, processes, and techniques, as well as an understanding of CAD software and other tools used to create 3D models of molds. Technical Skills: · HDPE blow mold maker should possess excellent problem-solving abilities · Attention to detail · Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, · Will be working closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals throughout the design and manufacturing process
