Job Description : Accountant cum Warehouse and Auditor Qualification:- B.com / M.com Location:- Tanzania Experience :- 12 yrs Salary : Salary + food+ accommodation +transportation +visa +Tickets Criteria:- Max Age 40 Criteria: - Knowledge of Accounting till Finalization / MIS Good communication skills Responsible for : Handle the tally entry, online payment, salary every month Sales & Purchase bill, GST, PF, TDS & TCS working Petty cash handling & Payment follow-up Daily Attendance & stock check in tally and physical Daily Reports & Quarterly Reports Handling Transaction for Billing Arranging for Oil test for outstation clients Tender and Quotation handling General accounting, costing and budgeting Preparing reports Maintaining books of accounts Responsibilities : - INTERNAL AUDIT Audit assistant in Internal Audit of company which includes all statutory compliance verification, vouching verification, physical stock verification, input-output ratio verification, cost benefit analysis, authentication of vouchers etc. • Internal Audit • Stock audit • audit which includes Physical verification of stock • Branch Inspection • Cash management • Detecting Frauds • Surprise Visit to Branches • Cash Verification • High Risk Alerts • Founding Irregularities Make action plan for Recovery & Collection Ensure that proper action is taken in cases of Product missing, Cash missing, Key missing and Robbery in branch level . Skill : Quick Book, Odoo, Tally, ERP , MS Office , MS Excel , Inventory Management
