Job Description : IE Manager for one of Knits production units in Kenya. JOB DESCRIPTION: Apparel / Garment Manufacturing industry experience. - Enthusiastic, young & energetic applicants with a good command of the English language are welcome for this role. - Experience required would be 15+ years. - Should be able to prepare operation bulletins, allocate machines & line machine layouts - Should be disciplined & must be able to instil discipline in the lines. - Strong in figure control & must be very systematic in ensuring the garment WIP moves in sequence. - Must have good experience in calculating SAM & should be ready to always take up a challenge for any operation's high-capacity output. Educational Qualification: BE/B.TECH – Mechanical or Industrial Engineer. The salary structure is USD2000 plus accommodation and other benefits.
