Job Description : PLANT MANAGER SNACKS EAST AFRICA Responsible for plant production rotation, quality inspection, optimization of resources,manpower management, store management, material receiving & dispatches. Responsibility Deliverable Work follow up of production rotation Ensuring documentation / reports completion of every operator Reporting problems & providing solution and guidance Maximizing the use of consumables Ensuring safe practices in all levels of working Material verification Quality & drawing inspection of production material Loading/unloading of all materials Ensuring housekeeping Manpower allocation Assisting breakdown in priority basis Submitting required reports.
