Financial Controller

Job Description : FC ZAMBIA Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting Background • Relevant working experience in Sugar or Food Industry • Must be an individual contributor i.e one who is not dependent on the team to get the work done,but someone who gets the work done by himself. • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Developing and implementing financial controls and policies • Managing financial reporting, including financial statements, variance analysis, and performance metrics. • Providing financial analysis and insights to support decision-making A strong accounting & Financial management professional preferrabley from Sugar manufacturing company OR food manufacturing company with large turnover. This person needs to be an individual contributor (one who is not dependent on the team to get the work done, but someone who gets the work done by himself and willing to work on ground levels too).
