Job Description : Sr. Vice President - Mumbai This position is for a Reputed Company which is into service sector in Mumbai. The person will be a qualified CA with 27 years post qualification experience Service industry experience will be required. The person will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the company as well as its associate companies. Apart from managing all aspects of Finance and Accounting functions, the selected candidate will be monitoring all statutory compliance applicable as per Co. law, Income tax law, indirect taxes, GST, state taxes, etc. Interacting with respective business heads, Divisional heads, periodically monitoring of monthly performance Vs. budget. Monitoring and controlling expenditure. The incumbent will be actively managing company’s treasury functions and generating alpha over normal rate of returns. Attractive Salary & perks offered.
